Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your BLK SHP Bible Talk merchandise. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or misprinted
  • Incorrect item sent (wrong size, color, or product)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to our print-on-demand model, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items you no longer want or that don't fit your preferences
  • Size exchanges (please refer to size charts before ordering)
  • Minor print placement variations (slight differences in print positioning are normal)

How to Request a Return

If you believe your item qualifies for a return:

  1. Contact us at scott@blkshp.church within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
  3. Describe the problem clearly

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide instructions if your return is approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Replacements

For defective or damaged items, we will send a replacement at no additional cost once we verify the issue.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at scott@blkshp.church within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
