Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for domestic (United States) orders:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing ($8.00)
• Expedited Shipping: Delivery times and costs calculated at checkout based on your location

Please note: Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Fulfillment Partner

BLK SHP Bible Talk partners with Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment service, to produce and ship our merchandise. Each item is made to order, which allows us to offer quality products while minimizing waste.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has been placed and sent to production. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at scott@blkshp.church. We will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at scott@blkshp.church within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping carriers to resolve the issue.
